Dr. Doreen Kosi has spent more than 17 years serving in senior leadership roles within the South African government, including The Presidency, where she supported four Deputy Presidents across programmes focused on governance, public participation, community development, cultural preservation, and institutional strengthening.
Her work spans provincial and national structures, traditional affairs, higher education, rural development, youth empowerment, anti-gender-based violence initiatives, and intergovernmental coordination. She has acted as a strategic advisor, public policy contributor, speechwriter, protocol specialist, and governance support leader across multiple sectors.
In addition to her public service experience, Dr. Kosi has worked with NGOs, private organisations, academic institutions, and community structures, providing leadership development, advisory services, brand communication guidance, and event solutions. Her broad portfolio reflects a dedication to service, transformation, ethical leadership, and social impact.
